HGIntel by Holistic Governance

Every regulatory change that matters, found, reviewed and mapped.

HG Intel is a software platform for Australian health and care providers. It tracks regulatory and best practice change across a curated registry of Australian sources, puts every source through a Registered Nurse review checkpoint, and maps what changed to the standards you are assessed against.

For every health and care sector, not one corner of it.

What HG Intel does.

Become a founding design partner and shape it first.

HG Intel opens to a small founding cohort of Australian providers who put it to work inside their own governance before general release. We are recruiting now.

Hospitals Day theatres Support at home providers Aged care providers

The product, early

Full access through the pilot, used on your own obligations and your own assessment cycle rather than a demo dataset.

A say in what gets built

Founding partners decide what earns its place and what gets cut. If it does not help the person doing the job at eight in the morning, we would rather hear it now.

Honest feedback

A short session each fortnight and honest feedback. No obligation to buy, and nothing about your organisation is published without your written consent.

Built for the people who carry the compliance load.

Quality and governance leads

The daily user. What changed, what it touches, and what to do about it, without opening twelve regulator sites to find out.

Nurses and clinical educators

Current, traceable material for CPD, staff briefings and audit preparation.

Boards and directors

Assurance that change is being watched and acted on, in a form that goes straight into a board paper.

What we watch: our source coverage.

Regulators and government

Commonwealth and state regulators, departments and commissions whose decisions create obligations for providers.

Standards and accreditation

The standards bodies and accreditation schemes your organisation is actually assessed against, and the guidance issued alongside them.

Peak bodies

Peak bodies and safety organisations, whose position statements set the benchmark.

The evidence base

Clinical guidelines, coronial and inquiry findings, and the research that changes practice before the rules do.

Areas of practice covered

Wound care Medication safety Falls Infection prevention Dementia care Palliative care Nutrition Continence Nursing practice Hospital Aged care Community and home care Respite NDIS and disability Medical devices Work health and safety AI, technology and cyber security and more

Areas of practice are the content taxonomy inside the product. They are not the same thing as the sectors HG Intel is built for, shown at the top of this page. The registry keeps growing, and every addition passes the same Registered Nurse checkpoint as the ones already in it.

Where your data sits, and what we will not do with it.

Australian hosted

The application and its database are hosted in Australia, in Google Cloud's Sydney region. Supporting services are disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Not training material

Your mappings and your usage are yours. We do not train models on them and we do not sell them. They are shared only with the service providers listed in our privacy policy.

Reviewed, cited, and not advice

Every source passes a Registered Nurse checkpoint, every item links to its source, and HG Intel is decision support. A qualified human decides.

Be first in the door.

HG Intel opens to a small group of providers first, so the people who shape it are the people who use it every day. Leave your email and we will be in touch before general release.

We use your email only to contact you about HG Intel. No list sharing, no onward marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
